What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for online and eCommerce consumers, advocating brand loyalty and promoting seamless experiences
- Qualify consumers and drive sales of major appliances, accessories, and service agreements through various engagement channels
- Meet and exceed established key performance indicators and departmental revenue goals
- Provide knowledgeable answers to consumer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability
- Document standard operating procedures for the consumer journey, including returns and exchanges

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service in a contact center environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience with consumer goods sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; PowerPoint experience is a plus
- Ability to navigate between multiple applications and adapt to ongoing changes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Three (3) plus years of experience in Sales, eCommerce, and Customer Service within a contact center
- Experience with back-office functions
