What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including requirement gathering, system design, and customization
- Design and optimize customer journey workflows to enhance customer experiences
- Plan, execute, and manage large-volume email campaigns using Dynamics 365 CRM
- Oversee data integration and ensure accurate customer data management within the CRM system
- Provide training and support to end-users on Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong background in managing customer journeys and executing email campaigns
- Extensive experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Proven ability to oversee data quality and migration processes
- Experience in developing dashboards and reports for performance tracking
- Must be a US Citizen, GC Holder, or authorized to work in the US
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with large-scale data loads, specifically with a focus on customer contact management
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices and compliance standards
- Previous experience in training and enabling users on CRM systems
- Knowledge of integrated marketing tools and their application within Dynamics 365
- Strong collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams
