Nilfisk Production Hungary is the largest manufacturing site among our facilities, where we produce industrial floorcare machines, industrial vacuum cleaners and high-pressure washers. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with suppliers, the Production Planning team and other related departments to maintain seamless operations.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain daily communication with Plant and suppliers (if applicable)
• Regularly negotiate forecasts with vendors
• Create purchase orders
• Order management in ERP system
• Initiate shipping arrangements for vendors
• Track material deliveries and follow up until goods are received
• Control and follow up on invoices of materials
• Resolve discrepancies in incoming quantities
• Ensure required stock level of managed material groups
• Implement strict stock management practices
• Generate reports and analyses using the ERP system (SAP).

We are looking for you if you have:

• Minimum 1-3 years of purchasing experience preferably at a multinational production company
• Working level knowledge on English and Hungarian
• Additional German or Italian language knowledge is preferred (working level)
• Experience in ERP system, SAP is an advantage
• Driving license is also a plus
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Good team player with strong stakeholder management skills

In the next round, you will meet the hiring managers in person and have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills through a few exercises.
