What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies
- Maintain and improve procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Analyze and evaluate vendor performance and develop vendor scorecards to monitor performance over time
- Develop and maintain procurement-related reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on data analysis
- Strong understanding of procurement, vendor management, and contract management
- Experience with dairy commodities and dairy market insights a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with extremely strong excel skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with tableau, Oracle, predictive analytics, and/or machine learning
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Strong communicator, able to simplify data for stakeholders and colleagues
- Organizational skills, ability to prioritize work and deliver expected results
