What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in animal science, dairy science, or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in dairy management, reproduction, or as a nutritionist/consultant
- Proven experience working in the dairy industry with a strong understanding of farming practices
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Must possess a valid U.S. motor vehicle driver's license without restriction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience with herd management software (e.g., DairyComp, Bovisync, PC Dart)
