What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and produce key operational metrics for the executive team and board of directors
- Analyze data accessibility and structure from primary data sources
- Integrate data connections to BI tools for live extraction
- Collaborate with clinical teams to provide real-time insights on programming changes
- Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA Degree in Software Engineering, Data Science, Business, or Business Analytics
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in analytics or technology, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of data management and extraction processes
- Ability to analyze clinical, financial, and operational outcomes
- Experience with dashboard automation and data visualization tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, Tableau, and data warehouse functions
- Familiarity with clinical data outcomes such as BAM, PHQ-9, and GAD
- Multi-state, multi-site healthcare provider experience
