      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain, update, and operate existing code while developing new code for project reviews
      - Develop rationale in programs to ensure data quality through required parameters
      - Apply specified formulas to obtain necessary statistics for various psychometric data
      - Document all programming procedures and file structures for each project
      - Assist with quality control of data analysis results, applying criteria and reporting issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field
      - Minimum of 1 year of statistical analysis experience; experience in psychometric programming with a testing company is preferred
      - Proficiency in R programming, with experience in R Markdown being a plus
      - Familiarity with Winsteps and/or IRTPRO is preferred
      - Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills with new software applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in psychometric programming within a testing company
      - Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and data analysis techniques
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to communicate technical information effectively
