- Drive exploratory data analysis and derive hypotheses that inform business decision-making
- Generate, validate, and communicate concise reporting to collaborators and leadership
- Run ad-hoc analysis and modeling to answer business questions and support data-driven decision-making
- Ensures the accuracy and accessibility of data sources, safeguards for confidentiality and security of data
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics
- 1+ yrs. experience in a role performing data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
- Introductory knowledge of SQL and R or Python.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with Posit Team, Google’s Looker, Qualtrics preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
- Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs
- A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems
- Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making
