- Research and resolve data exceptions, validations, and field escalations from batch and API traffic.
- Communicate effectively with clients/customers regarding technical issues and resolutions.
- Manage, improve, and create datasets in rules engines across multiple products and offerings.
- Interpret data, analyze results, and clean data.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and process improvement opportunities.
- Document and maintain business and functional requirements.
- Utilize time management skills and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple parallel projects and deliverables, working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Maintain user confidence and protect the business by keeping information confidential.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work closely with clients to understand their needs.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Productivity Apps (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with APIs, using tools like SoapUI, PostMan, or similar applications.
- Querying experience with SQL or a similar language.
- Business knowledge of the healthcare industry, specialty pharma, hub services, and methods for getting patients on therapy faster.
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transaction sets.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Analyst with experience in the Specialty Pharmacy or Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client exceptions and escalations, building and managing technical rules, performing data analysis, and interfacing directly with clients and technical contacts. The analyst must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate a team-oriented and adaptable nature, and have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
