What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the review of data received from vendors, focusing on inventory and drop removals
- Assist the inventory team with work center assignments and administrative tasks related to inventory dispatch
- Perform analysis on work/non-worker layers to generate efficient dispatch lists for vendors or technicians
- Generate reports, analyze results, and monitor financials using the PXFR tool
- Maintain clear communication with the Inventory/Drop Manager and team members for effective collaboration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Knowledge of OSP poles and ability to differentiate between various hardware types
- Proficiency in using the PXFR tool for addressing field force inquiries
- Strong skills in Excel, including advanced functions like X Lookup and Pivot Tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of pole ownership, inventory audits, and joint use contracts
- Familiarity with GIS tools, particularly ArcGIS Pro, for data manipulation
- Experience with joint ownership and licensee agreements
