What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and develop SQL queries to mimic business rules and ensure data quality
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources for analysis
- Create clear data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings
- Collaborate with clients and teams to gather and translate data requirements into insights
- Continuously monitor data quality and recommend corrective actions for discrepancies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python
- At least 3 years of experience supporting Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics projects
- A minimum of 2 years leading a team on data-related projects for technical solutions
- Undergraduate or graduate degree preferred
- Ability to travel at least 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and tools
- Understanding of data governance and data privacy regulations
