      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements for operational and analytical reports
      - Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and extract insights to support decision-making processes
      - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using business intelligence tools
      - Query and manipulate data using SQL to extract and transform data from databases
      - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
      - Working knowledge of SQL
      - Current or prior experience working with MS PowerBI
      - Experience using Snowflake or similar cloud-based platforms (Redshift, Azure SQL)
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Python is a plus
      - Ability to work during business hours in eastern or central U.S. time zone
