      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Connect and translate Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Customer Data into actionable insights
      - Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
      - Develop methodologies for data interpretation to drive renewal and sales opportunities
      - Conduct analysis after customer impacting events and present findings for process improvement
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and recommend new systems and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of equivalent experience or BS degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
      - Proficiency in advanced Excel, including Pivot, V-lookup, Macros, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
      - Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and Microsoft Office
      - Ability to work independently and strong communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Cisco, Service Now, or Costpoint
      - Familiarity with creating customer-facing materials
