What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, organize, and analyze data to develop testing and reporting for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and readability
- Analyze and produce reports on the Bank's risks, trends, and exceptions for management
- Provide operational support by coordinating with external vendors and internal experts
- Troubleshoot department information systems and propose process improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Banking, financial, or a related industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Banking, financial, or a related industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings effectively
- Experience in developing reporting dashboards and data governance strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries related to financial systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4 years of experience using tools such as SAS, R, Python, SQL, Oracle, IBM Cognos, Tableau, or Microsoft Power Tools
- Background in risk or compliance is a plus
