What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor key funnel and loan performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to evaluate product performance
- Establish key performance metrics and develop automated reporting and alerting using SQL and Python
- Build predictive models to optimize lending decisions with advanced statistical modeling techniques
- Conduct analysis to evaluate trends in funnel and loan performance and provide optimization strategy recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategy changes, monitor releases, and perform impact analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Experience with data analytics and statistical modeling
- Proficient in data analysis using Python
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., math, statistics, analytics, quantitative finance, or engineering)
- Experience with BI reporting tools
- Experience in specialty finance or Fintech
