What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and share insights to drive the DDC team and partner functions
- Define data language to ensure team understanding and drive progress

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in operations analytics or data science
- BA/BS in a quantitative field or behavioral science with statistics skills
- Excellent SQL and Python skills
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to turn operational problems into statistical analyses and solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest in working in an earlier stage company
- Experience in capacity planning and modeling
- Strong customer empathy, particularly for dentists
- Experience with Looker, Hex, and DBT
