- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics or equivalent
- 1-3 years of business, data, or financial analysis and reporting experience
- Advanced MS Access skills required
- Advanced SQL writing skills required
- Experience with PowerBi a plus
- Experience with VBA and VB.NET a plus
- Advanced Internet literacy
- Strong Research, Analytical, Organizational & Mathematical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Team player
- Good judgment, with ability and experience to make significant strategic decisions

About this Position
The Data Analyst works in the Distribution Decision Management department and reports to the VP of Competition and Recognition. The Analyst functions as the primary source of analysis, reporting and the design and development of datasets and analytical tools. Projects will include formulating and generating reports, sourcing, organizing and analyzing company & industry statistics to determine trends, monitor performance and identify effectiveness of internal incentives. Additionally, the Analyst will find and create mechanisms to improve production or workflow within the company. This role requires being self-motivated and working in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
This is a fully remote opportunity, candidates must live on East Coast.
