What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, document, and maintain database queries and data analysis
- Create reports that translate large quantities of in-depth data and display its overall significance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required (4+ years of comparable work experience may substitute for a degree)
- Minimum of 2 years of reporting/analytic experience
- At least 1 year of Power BI/Tableau development experience
- Proficiency in SQL and developing efficient, well-performing queries

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Statistical Software such as R/Python
- Experience in a managed care environment
- Familiarity with Medicare Advantage plans and Claims
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
