What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct analyses of various reporting trends, volumes, demographics, and metrics to support enforcement and removal operations
- Develop analytics to identify trend lines across multiple data sources
- Log all information into a web-based case management system and work cases for referrals
- Enter data into the Tableau business intelligence and analytics database
- Provide statistical analysis, technical writing, and ad hoc reporting as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or an associate degree with three years of related experience; or five years of related experience if no degree
- Experience designing process maps and conducting searches in government databases
- Multi-year experience working with ServiceNow as an end-to-end CMS
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Law enforcement experience or experience in interpreting and applying immigration law
- Knowledge and experience working with RAD Apps, including CRM tools
- Ability to read and comprehend documents in both English and Spanish
- Experience in conducting in-depth policy research and producing qualitative and quantitative reports
