What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct data analyses related to enforcement and removal operations, including trends and metrics
- Develop analytics to identify trend lines across multiple data sources
- Examine existing business practices and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance
- Log information into a web-based case management system and summarize cases for follow-up
- Utilize predictive analysis and business analytics tools to address complex challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or an associate degree with three years of related experience; or five years of related experience without a degree
- Experience designing process maps and workflow details
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to conduct in-depth policy research and produce qualitative and quantitative reports
- Strong reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Law enforcement experience or experience in interpreting and applying immigration law
- Knowledge and experience working with RAD Apps, including CRM tools
- Ability to read and comprehend documents in English and Spanish
- Multi-year experience working with ServiceNow as an end-to-end CMS
