      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and management of program and partner-level databases, dashboards, and MEL systems
      - Develop comprehensive data modeling and reports to benchmark progress and assess partner performance
      - Apply statistical methods to measure development outcomes and monitor trends in key performance indicators
      - Manage the entire database analysis pipeline from problem definition to crafting actionable recommendations
      - Support research efforts to develop knowledge-sharing products on gender equality and performance indicators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, GIS, or related field; or bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience
      - Minimum 2 years of professional experience handling complex data sets and familiarity with SQL and relational data management
      - At least 2 years of experience with data visualization software (R Shiny, Power BI, or Tableau)
      - Proficiency in advanced statistical techniques and programming languages such as R or Python
      - Current US work authorization required at the time of application

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with causal inference using observational data and quasi-experimental settings
      - Knowledge of USAID MEL best practices and data governance principles
      - Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning data mining or predictive modeling
