      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and management of program and partner-level databases, key performance indicator dashboards, and MEL systems and tools
      - Develop comprehensive data modeling and reports for benchmarking progress towards expected outcomes
      - Apply various statistical methods to monitor trends in key performance indicators and analyze program components
      - Manage all aspects of the database analysis pipeline, from requirements gathering to crafting recommendations
      - Conduct research to support the development of knowledge-sharing products related to gender equality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience in applied data analytics, data science, GIS, or a related field; or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
      - Minimum 2 years of professional experience handling complex data sets within large organizations
      - At least 2 years of relevant experience with data visualization software and dashboard design (R Shiny, Power BI, or Tableau)
      - Strong programming skills in Python and/or R focused on data analysis and machine learning
      - Current U.S. work authorization is required at the time of application

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with AI and machine learning data mining, forecasting, and predictive modeling in the international development sector
      - Familiarity with USAID MEL best practices and data governance principles
