What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Query large databases, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer claims data
- Construct and document analytic data files
- Create customized, presentation-quality reports from data analysis results
- Apply quantitative methods to manage and analyze research data
- Support the preparation of technical procedures and reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field with a minimum of 2 years of quantitative research experience in health policy, or a Master's degree in a quantitative analytics field
- 2 years of experience in SQL/Python/Linux
- Experience processing and analyzing Medicare, Medicaid, or other commercial claims data
- Knowledge of data analysis and data management techniques
- Strong communication and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Snowflake and Databricks
- Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and work independently
- Creative, professional, and able to take initiative
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual work environment
