- Is advanced in at least 1 programming language (e.g. R, SAS, SQL, Python, VBA). Key programming skills include ability to independently write macros or functions and ability to write code that can be readily adapted for other reporting needs.
- Has a foundational understanding of statistical theory and underlying mathematical distributions, and is able to convey complex findings in simple terms to multidisciplinary audiences.
- Is capable of building advanced data collection tools with conditional logic and feedback processes.
- Is a subject-matter expert in the area they provide reporting for, and are able to autonomously lead projects with minimal oversight to achieve project deliverables.
- Will help grow skillsets for other analysts within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant work experience, or Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience

Data Analyst I - III, Salary: $26.16 - $59.42/hour
The grade and salary of the position are based on specific criteria met within the qualifications of each level, relevant experience, skills, performance and internal equity.
Description
The Data Analyst III is responsible for complex reporting processes that may require functions such as many-to-many merges, mining of unstructured data to create discrete data elements, converting data types, creating moving window metrics.
