What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Champion data quality, integrity, governance, and compliance across the organization
- Establish and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and standards
- Assist in defining analytics architecture and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and dashboards
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure constituent data is integrated into all technology projects
- Provide subject matter expertise on enterprise data architecture and lead data integration sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of seven (7) years of direct experience in data, database, and ETL development using Microsoft SQL Server
- At least three years of direct experience in data governance and management with a leading MDM tool suite
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification or completed courses in Information Design or Data Sciences from an accredited institution
- Solid understanding of enterprise database architecture for nonprofit organizations
- Ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in taking business requirements from concept to execution
- Willingness to travel as needed
