What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct data analysis to support ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations
- Analyze trends and metrics related to detention reporting and complaints
- Perform research using ICE databases to address specific complaints and systemic issues
- Log and manage case information in a web-based case management system
- Develop summaries and statistical reports using Tableau and other analytical tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience; or master's degree with two years of related experience
- Experience designing process maps and workflow details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to conduct in-depth policy research and produce qualitative and quantitative reports

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Law enforcement experience or experience interpreting and applying immigration law
- Experience working with ServiceNow as an end-to-end CMS
- Knowledge and experience with RAD Apps, including CRM tools
- Proficiency in reading and comprehending documents in both English and Spanish
