What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and interpret game data using SQL to analyze player behavior and engagement
- Uncover and solve game design issues, collaborating with developers to create effective solutions
- Optimize game performance and engagement through data-driven insights
- Design and execute A/B testing to measure the impact of new features and gameplay adjustments
- Develop real-time analytics dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in SQL and database management with the ability to write complex queries
- Experience with game analytics tools, preferably Roblox Studio and custom event tracking
- A/B testing and statistical analysis expertise, including experiment design and result interpretation
- Strong understanding of game design principles and player psychology
- Exceptional communication skills to present complex data findings clearly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with mobile gaming analytics for free-to-play games
- Scripting or coding experience in Python, R, or other statistical programming languages
- Familiarity with user-generated content platforms, particularly Roblox
- Knowledge of AI in gaming and its application in enhancing player experiences
