About This Role:
As a Data Analyst working with K-State 105 (K-State 105), you will play a pivotal role in our success by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions. Focusing on workforce issues and key metrics, you will provide valuable insights that drive our programmatic achievements. This position is part of the BI and Analytics team within the office of Data, Assessment, and Institutional Research, and collaborates closely with stakeholders, including the director of K-State 105, to compile vital data and shape our strategic direction.
This position collects and aggregates data, builds tools and dashboards, uses integrations, and creates reports for internal and external use. This position manages the flow of information through K-State 105, analyzes data and provides recommendations that support K-State 105 efforts.

Worksite Options:
This position is eligible for hybrid worksite. Work is performed partially remote and partially on employer premises or designated assignment location. This role is expected to work on-site approximately three (3) days a week OR Employee must have availability to be on campus frequently during the work week. On-site employment is preferred, and hybrid work schedules are offered to all staff.
At the discretion of the unit leader and to meet staffing needs, employees may be offered 100% remote work arrangements. 100% remote employees will typically be required to travel to the Manhattan campus 1-2 times during each of the fall and spring semesters for 2-5 business days. If the travel distance exceeds a 60-mile radius to the campus, the office will reimburse up to $500 travel related costs and provide lodging at the university guest housing facility.
