What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze data relevant to the division's operations using statistical techniques and methodologies
- Prepare, manipulate, format, and organize reports from various internal databases
- Identify anomalies, trends, and insights in data to improve business processes and internal controls
- Generate and present metrics in Microsoft Office products for the Director and Branch Heads
- Provide administrative support during meetings and assist in data calls as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a field emphasizing statistical and analytic skills
- Knowledge of statistical tests and tools, including mean, median, variance, and hypothesis testing
- Ability to perform tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement
- Must possess an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of the employer
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in Pivot Tables and Lookups
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Background in data analysis specific to government contracts or similar environments
- Knowledge of metrics reporting and performance analysis
