What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Marketplace business leaders to gather requirements and provide status updates
- Handle ad hoc reporting and analytics requests while addressing stakeholder long-term goals
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reporting activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business operations, product, customer analytics, or a related field
- Expert understanding of Tableau with 3+ years of direct experience
- Expert understanding of SQL and core statistical concepts
- Proven ability to convert data to insight and communicate effectively
- Understanding of data modeling with direct experience designing models for analytics use cases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record of translating data insights into strategic recommendations
- Experience building automated, scalable, and repeatable data solutions
- Extensive experience with tech/programming tools such as Tableau, Python, and Redshift
- Real-world experience modeling and combining complex data from disparate sources
- Ability to simplify complex messages for key stakeholders and senior management
