- Explore datasets to uncover insights regarding American criminal justice systems
- Communicate key findings to both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with various teams to design and execute targeted roadmaps that drive impact
- Bring analyses and data modeling into production software through collaboration with product management and engineering teams
- Analyze trends related to the organization’s products to understand their functionality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in exploring, analyzing, and processing complex datasets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster a data-oriented culture
- Experience working with internal and external partners from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in SQL for handling large datasets, including efficient query writing
- High familiarity with Python, specifically the Pandas package, for statistical analysis and data visualization

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a cross-functional organization that designs and launches products for users
- Familiarity with large datasets from the public sector, particularly related to criminal justice
- Knowledge of data stack tools, including Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Looker, and Jupyter notebooks
