What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee management and tracking of the YWCA's data management system, ensuring data integrity
- Train YWCA staff on data entry processes in the AWARDS system
- Regularly run reports and submit to funders, ensuring compliance with grant requirements
- Collaborate with various departments to align processes and maintain accurate client data
- Assist in developing documentation and tools to improve user experience with the data management system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Data/Business Analysis
- Strong public speaking and training experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a nonprofit organization or social services sector
- Familiarity with data management systems, particularly AWARDS or similar software
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Experience in developing training materials or manuals for staff
