What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement processes for data/text mining, analysis, modeling, and predicting
- Analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to solve business problems
- Develop algorithms, dashboards, and queries to monitor and improve business performance
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to create and document standard reports
- Prepare state-mandated reports and conduct departmental data tracking

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or related field
- Intermediate level MS Excel experience
- Ability to research and analyze data using SQL
- Experience with member movement, PCP reassignment, or enrollment and provider termination

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or managed healthcare
- Familiarity with analytics software and systems
- Experience with QNXT software
