Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Remote (LATAM, Philippines preferred)

Salary Range: $1,500 - $3,500 per month ($18,000 - $42,000 annually)
About the Company

We are a medical company providing specialized services to patients, primarily children. We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support our data-driven decision-making processes and enhance our business intelligence capabilities. Our CTO currently manages data analysis, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to take over and improve our reporting, insights, and analytics.
Role Overview

The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our data analysis, reporting, and visualization processes. You will work with Mode (BI tool), SQL, and Excel to analyze key business metrics, such as patient funnels, clinician demand, retention rates, and engagement ratios. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in healthcare data analysis, and the ability to handle HIPAA-compliant data.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze patient engagement, referral sources, retention, and discharge trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports in Mode, ensuring data accuracy and visualization clarity.
• Optimize data models to assess clinician supply vs. patient demand and predict future trends.
• Create data-driven insights to support operational improvements and growth initiatives.
• Work closely with the CTO and finance team to identify business opportunities based on data.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with HIPAA regulations (BAA signing required).
• Enhance current reporting dashboards and develop new ones to provide actionable insights.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mode, SQL, and Excel (advanced knowledge required).
• Experience in healthcare or medical industry data analysis is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience analyzing time-slot based demand and clinician-to-patient ratios.
• Ability to work independently and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and handling of sensitive patient data.
