What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute and oversee daily administrative, data entry, and reconciliation functions
- Perform QA/QC reconciliation of application, invoice, and material use records for grant-funded programs
- Create project reports based on aggregated program data as required by the project
- Analyze and summarize financial data for grant-funded programs
- Assist in workflow automations utilizing Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or computer science preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (PowerPivot and PowerQuery preferred)
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Must have proficient verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, data analytics, and/or business administration preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with federal grant funding
- Background in finance, accounting, data analytics, or business administration
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Experience in creating and maintaining process automation documentation
- Demonstrated extraordinary attention to detail
