What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform QA/QC reconciliation of application, invoice, and material use records for grant-funded programs
- Create and analyze project reports based on aggregated program data
- Coordinate and summarize financial data for grant-funded programs
- Conduct data cleansing and metric reporting from large datasets
- Assist in workflow automation utilizing Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or computer science preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, data analytics, or business administration
- Advanced technical skills utilizing Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot and PowerQuery preferred)
- Prior experience with federal grant funding
- Background in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems
