What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze large sets of data from multiple sources to generate insights
- Create and validate multiple weekly and monthly end user reports
- Monitor process performance and customer satisfaction metrics
- Identify improvements in data collection to better meet departmental needs
- Collaborate with the Manager of Data Analytics on various projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a relevant field
- Proven working experience as a data analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in programming languages including SQL and Python
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
