What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to provide insights into guest experience metrics
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities related to guest experience and operational efficiency
- Create compelling visualizations to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automating manual processes
- Support Key Driver Analysis and perform exploratory and prescriptive analyses to study impacts on NPS
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with analysis applications and coding (Python, R, SQL) or 2 years with a master’s degree
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Extensive experience with SQL and database concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience writing ETL processes
- Proficiency in Python
- Strong experience with database systems, both SQL and NoSQL
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
