What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau for guest experience metrics
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and operational efficiency opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations to present complex data findings to key stakeholders
- Identify and implement internal process improvements, including automation and infrastructure redesign
- Build analytics tools to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency and business performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, analytics, computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with analysis applications and coding (Python, R, SQL) or 2 years with a master’s degree
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Extensive experience with SQL, database concepts, and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience writing ETL processes
- Familiarity with Python
- Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems and their optimization
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
