What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to provide insights into guest experience metrics and operational performance
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities related to guest experience and operational efficiency
- Create compelling visualizations to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automating manual processes
- Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency and business performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, analytics, computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with analysis applications and coding (Python, R, SQL), or 2 years with a master's degree
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Extensive experience with SQL and database concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience writing ETL processes
- Proficiency in Python
- Strong experience with both SQL and NoSQL database systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
