What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Transform data into actionable insights to support the cross-functional GTM team of Tax.com
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other software
- Ensure data integrity and manage reporting processes while collaborating with various departments
- Perform data reconciliation and analysis using tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Access, and SQL Server
- Serve as a proactive liaison with internal stakeholders and support data acquisition and forecasting processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar technical area preferred
- Industry experience in a B2B SaaS environment required
- Proven track record in developing reporting and insights from multiple data sources
- Experience managing and delivering high-visibility operational reporting accurately and on schedule
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database technology platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with business system applications like SFDC, SAP, Workday, Oracle, JD Edwards, or PeopleSoft
- Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL) and/or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
