What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct data analysis in support of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations
- Supervise data analysts and manage daily operational requirements for the HQ data team
- Review incoming complaints, summarize key points, and track cases
- Analyze trends and metrics related to enforcement and removal operations
- Provide subject matter expertise on analytics and database usage to government personnel

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience; or master's degree with three years of related experience
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in responding to information requests and managing data searches
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to conduct programmatic policy research and produce qualitative and quantitative reports
- Excellent reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior law enforcement or immigration-related experience
- Familiarity with RAD Apps and CRM tools
- Experience in developing compliance rate data and data analytics for programmatic work
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple work assignments effectively
