What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the analytical owner within cross-functional product teams, designing metrics, reports, and experiments that yield actionable insights
- Identify areas of opportunity within your product area and conduct in-depth data analyses to provide high-quality insights and recommendations
- Own experiment design and impact evaluation, collaborating with product teams to prioritize features based on estimated impact
- Work closely with Data Engineering and Data Science to inform data infrastructure and unlock necessary data for reporting and analysis
- Effectively communicate findings to the broader team to drive prioritization and shape product design decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles where analytics is the core skill
- Strong SQL skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
- Exceptional collaboration skills to partner effectively with technical and business teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data visually, verbally, and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Power BI (Looker fluency is a plus)
- Understanding of experimentation fundamentals, including how to set up and interpret results
- Entrepreneurial drive and a proactive approach to identifying important questions
- Innate curiosity and business sense with a bias toward impact
