What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain reporting applications and analytical processes to support operational and clinical performance understanding
- Analyze claims, clinical, and operational data to assess trend performance and compare company performance against industry parameters
- Interpret publicly available healthcare data to ensure accurate data analysis
- Conduct ongoing assessments to maintain high standards of data integrity and quality throughout the data collection-to-reporting pipeline
- Participate in special initiatives to support the analytical/reporting needs of the company and its physician partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with SQL
- At least 1 year of direct experience with reporting tools, such as SSRS, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with various organizational levels
- Proven attention to detail and high level of organization and accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with healthcare data (clinical and financial)
- Advanced understanding of the MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to design data visualizations beyond basic Excel
