What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement reporting and analytic solutions
- Design, build, implement, and optimize business intelligence and reporting solutions
- Transform raw data into insights through data modeling and analysis
- Create reports, dashboards, and outbound report schedules
- Collaborate with IT Manager of Analytics and Reporting to establish standards and patterns for Analytics and BI

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- 3-5 years of industry experience focused on data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, and reporting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with reporting systems like SQL, Business Objects, and Tableau
- Hands-on experience with technologies like Tableau, IBM Cognos, SAP Business Objects, Infor, or Power BI
- Hands-on ETL experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
- Knowledge of multi-dimensional data warehouses
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
