Leveraging the power of visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or Workday Discovery Boards, to create visually compelling dashboards and reports.
Translate complex analytical findings into easily understandable visual narratives, empowering People & Engagement professionals and key stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Develop and implement predictive models, identifying patterns and trends.
Articulate complex analytical findings in a clear and compelling manner, tailoring communication to resonate with diverse audiences across the organization.
Fostering collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, key internal partners, vendors, and business leaders.
Interpreting Bank leaders and stakeholder’s unique requirements to provide tailored analytical guidance and translate business challenges into actionable analytical approaches, delivering insights that drive outcomes and inform strategic direction.
Staying at the forefront of analytical tools, evaluate and implement software solutions to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
Maintain data integrity through consistent monitoring, testing, and auditing people systems of record and collaborating with others to escalate and resolve any anomalies, as necessary.
Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
Proficiency in data manipulation languages and data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights.
Ability to determine needed enhancements based on analysis of metrics and quantify the expected results.
Ability to make sound decisions and demonstrate a high degree of trustworthiness in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across multiple levels of the organization.

Your role as a Data Analytics Specialist- People & Engagement:
The Data Analyst will provide actionable data insights enabling People Engagement and Bank leaders to drive critical business decisions as well as perform in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making. Both highly analytical and client facing, the position will provide HR data analytics support across all areas within P&E, including, but not limited to, compensation market analysis, workforce and succession planning, position management, talent acquisition, attrition, and other key people programs.

Salary Range: $ 116500 - $158500 / year
