What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and develop AI solutions that meet client needs
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in AI technologies, ensuring the technical quality of solutions
- Lead and oversee the delivery of AI projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the AI practice, aligning with overall business objectives
- Mentor and guide AI teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of Solutioning and Architecting experience for major cloud platforms and their AI/ML offerings
- Minimum of 5 years of domain expertise in Healthcare (Provider, Health Plan, and Life Sciences)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with traditional AI/ML Solutioning
- Minimum of 3 years of experience programming in Python, R, or JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AI/ML certification(s) from recognized platforms
- Exposure to working with LLM Architecture and fine-tuning LLMs
- Knowledge of generative models, GANs, and transformer-based models
- Familiarity with ethical standards related to AI
- Proficiency in additional programming languages
