What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and maintain data and analytics project plans, managing milestones, risks, and timelines
- Drive the scrum model and monitor delivery progress using sprint plans and performance metrics
- Develop project governance and engage stakeholders to ensure high-performance execution
- Provide data and analytics support for user reports and dashboards, facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Consult with various stakeholders to assess computing needs and resolve project issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in data and analytics
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Workday, Salesforce, ADP, and Tableau
- Proven technical project management skills with end-to-end delivery experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI or ML technologies
- Workday or Salesforce certification, as well as Agile or PMP certification
- Previous experience at major tech companies (e.g., Google, Apple, Microsoft, Meta)
- Background as an HR program manager or HR Business Partner (HRBP)
