What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide relevant reports and analysis to encourage data discipline among fundraisers and database users
- Understand source data and reporting requirements to facilitate the timely delivery of revenue reports
- Build key performance indicator dashboards in Salesforce to drive donor acquisition and engagement
- Design reports to support data-driven projections for the Resource Generation Branch
- Collaborate with teams to build user-friendly reports in Power BI for optimized fundraising strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a non-profit setting
- Strong analytical curiosity and innovative problem-solving skills
- High proficiency using donor databases, particularly Salesforce
- Proficiency in data retrieval and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and good judgment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights
- Familiarity with SOQL and Apsona reporting tools
- Interest in social justice and commitment to the mission of the organization
