      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of 20+ annotators in delivering high-quality image and video annotations
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with machine learning, product, and scientific teams on medical image annotation initiatives
      - Develop precise project specifications and determine suitable datasets for model training and regulatory submissions
      - Monitor and evaluate data annotation workflows, establishing and tracking quality metrics
      - Present findings and insights to stakeholders at various levels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Over 2 years of experience in data annotation, data operations, or related fields, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
      - Detail-oriented with a strong background in reviewing documentation and quantitative/qualitative work
      - Knowledgeable about machine learning operations and annotated data for model training
      - Hands-on experience with data annotation platforms such as Encord, LabelBox, or Scale AI
      - Strong communication, documentation, organization, and project management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Encord Annotation platform and training/learning management systems
      - Familiarity with QuickBase and electronic health records
      - Working knowledge of gastroenterology, particularly GI polyps, colorectal cancer, and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
      - Experience with regulated medical device and FDA submissions
