      Data Architect

      The Data Integration & Analytics Specialist will play a key role in architecting and managing enterprise data ecosystems, focusing on seamless data integration, scalable data modeling, and advanced analytics. This role is pivotal in enabling data driven decision making by ensuring high quality, accessible, and governed data across the organization. Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines to ensure seamless integration between various internal and external data sources. Ensure data consistency, quality, and reliability across systems.
      Develop and manage robust data models for efficient storage and querying, ensuring they are scalable and optimized for performance. Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into appropriate data structures.
      Perform advanced data analytics to uncover valuable insights and support business intelligence efforts. Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
      Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or others. Present key metrics and insights to leadership and stakeholders, helping drive datadriven decisionmaking.
      Oversee the management of the data lake, ensuring data is properly stored, categorized, and accessible. Work with data engineers to optimize storage and retrieval, maintaining data governance and security standards.
      Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and IT teams, to identify and implement data solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
      Establish and enforce data quality and governance standards to ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and secure. Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot any data issues that arise.

      Qualifications:

      Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.

      Proven experience (10+ years) in data integration, data modeling, and analytics.

      Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets in data warehouses or data lakes.

      Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica) and data pipeline technologies.

      Handson experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

      Expertise in programming languages like Python, R, or similar for data analysis and automation.

      Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their data storagemanagement solutions (e.g., S3, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.).

      Experience with data lake architecture and best practices.

      Strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

      Mandatory Skills

      Technical Skills Expert in data modeling, SQL, ETL pipelines, cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Power BITableau, Python, and data lake architecture.
      Soft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams.
      Strong problemsolving abilities to identify and implement system improvements.
      Attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex business processes and technical requirements.
      Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
      Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and clients.
